As part of the processing via HubSpot, data can be transmitted to the USA. The security of the transmission is secured by so-called standard contractual clauses, which guarantee that the processing of personal data is subject to a security level that corresponds to that of the GDPR. If the standard contractual clauses are not sufficient to create an adequate level of security, your consent in accordance with Art. 49 Para. 1 (a) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the transfer to third countries.”

LinkedIn

“We use LinkedIn to publish company news from LinkedIn Ireland, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “LinkedIn”).
