  • Edit User Name, User Role, Reset Password

  • Status Update Frequency

  • Access Team Settings

    1. Click on your team's name
    2. Choose "Team Settings"

  • Delete Team

    Make sure to go to the teams overview first.

    1. Click on your team's name
    2. Choose "More Teams"

    1. Click on your team's name
    2. Choose "More Teams"

    Now you can delete a team if your are a Team Lead:

    1. Choose the three dots icon next to a team
    2. Choose "Delete team"
    3. Acknowledge the deletion by choosing  "Okay"

  • Edit Team Details
    1. Go to "Team Settings" after choosing your team
    2. Select "General"
    3. Edit your team's details 
      - Name
      - Email
      - Country
      - Dealer access
    4. Don't forget to save your changes

  • Change Team

    To choose and view a particular team:

    1. Tap or click on your current teams name
    2. Choose a suggested team or
    3. Select "More teams"
    4. Choose your team from the extended list of all teams available

  • Change Rights
    1. Tap on your team name and choose "Team Settings"
    2. Choose "Users"
    3. Select a user and tap or click on the three dots icon
    4. Select "Edit User"
    5. In the popup, change the role of the user to:
      - Team Lead
      - User
      - Customer

  • Use QR Code

    When activating the QR code feature via "Team Settings" and "Technical," upon adding the bot to your team, the bot's status will indicate "no QR assigned." QR code stickers can be bought from FieldBots.

    To assign a QR code to a robot

    On 📱 iOS/Android

    1. Edit Bot
    2. Click the 3 dots drop-down button
    3. Scan QR code

    To quickly open a robot in FieldBots OS, you can now scan the QR code with your camera.

  • View Individual Robot Records

    On the robot details page, tap or click on the calendar icon to choose your desired data range:

    - Last Month
    - This Year
    - All Time
    - Custom

    You will be able to view the following data

    - Status
    - Performance
    - Workload
    - Performance History

  • What does Workload mean?
    Current WorkloadSqm cleaned within a given timespan
    Theoretical WorkloadActual sqm per hour cleaned times the time the bot spent idle in the dock without charging plus the sqm cleaned within the current timespan
  • Download Performance History

    Download a CSV file for Microsoft Excel via the cloud icon.

  • Statistics of Fleet

    Choose  "Data" in the horizontal main navigation.

    Tap on the calendar icon to choose a date range:

    - Last Month
    - This Year
    - All Time
    - Custom

    You will be able to view the following statistics:

    - Current Bot Status
    - All Time
    - Performance
    - Workload
    - Performance History

  • Change Billing Information
    1. Tap or click on your team's name
    2. Choose "Team Settings"
    3. Got to "Billing information"
    4. You will be forwarded to our payment provider "Stripe" to edit your billing information

  • Switch Subscription
    1. Tap or click on your team's name
    2. Choose "Team Settings"
    3. Go to "Subscription"
      Available licensing options will be shown.

  • Add Additional Licenses
    1. Tap or click on your team's name
    2. Choose "Team Settings"
    3. Go to "Subscription"
    4. Tap or click "Add additional Licenses"
    5. Choose the amount of licenses you want to add

  • How to get Technical Support
    1. Tap or click on your initials
    2. Choose "Technical Support"

    We will forward you to our issue track.

    1. Give your issue a descriptive name
    2. Choose a priority
      a) Low (within a month)
      b) Medium (within a week, recommended)
      c) High (within a day
    3. Describe your issue as detailed as possible and use screenshots and screencasts to make communication easy:
      - What was the desired outcome?
      - Have you updated to the latest version of FieldBots OS?
      - Which devices and software versions are you using?
      - Which steps can we go through to reproduce the issue?
    4. Agree to receive other communication from FieldBots 
    5. Submit your issues

    We will contacts you as soon as possible.
